We are an established remedial repair specialist based in Leeds. The business was incorporated in 1986
BT Preservation is the section of the business dealing with waterproofing cellars and underground structures. All BT Preservation’s basement projects are designed by surveyors holding the CSSW qualification (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing).
We maintain many commercial clients, with contracts for local authorities, leading property developers, Architects and structural engineers. Domestic homeowners are also welcome.
The company is a full member of the Property Care Association, which provides assurance; via the GPI insurance scheme for up to 20 years guarantee protection (10 years for basement work).
Our Trust Mark registration provides extra assurance for domestic client’s, as evidence of independent monitoring for quality, knowledge, insurance and health and safety compliance. Our small but dedicated workforce is our most valuable asset.
We are accredited Investors in People and all our damp-proofing and timber treatment technicians hold the National Certificate for Preservation technicians, so you can be assured of correct installation.
Our damp and timber surveys are carried out by Certificated Surveyors in Remedial Treatment (CSRT), covered by professional indemnity insurance. Our surveyors are paid for the quality of their work – not for reaching sales targets.
